Inside the shells are ganaches, silky caramels and fruit fillings made in our micro-factory in Nashville. Sea Salt Caramel and Bourbon Caramel are the ones regulars come back for. Cherry Cordial and Cocoa Nib Marshmallow are the ones that surprise people.
