How do you keep chocolate safe during shipping?

Every shipped order is covered by our Melt-Free Guarantee. During warm weather, we ship in insulated packaging with ice packs so your chocolates arrive in perfect shape.

Do you offer pickup, local delivery or shipping?

Yes to all three:

  • Local delivery: available in the Nashville area for a delivery fee.
  • Shipping: we ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states, and every shipped order is covered by our Melt-Free Guarantee.

How far in advance should I order?

Timing depends on what you're ordering and how much customization you'd like. Reach out as early as possible, since bespoke designs need more time.

During our peak seasons, including Halloween, Christmas and Valentine's Day, please allow a minimum of 3–4 weeks so we can manufacture your order.

Where can I find allergen, dietary and shelf-life information?

Every box and product we label includes a flavor card listing allergens, dietary information and shelf life. Flavor cards can also be customized for your order.
