Our bars fall into two camps. The single-origin ones are made from the bean up — cacao hand-selected from Haiti, Belize and Ghana, roasted and stone-ground here in small batches, so you taste the origin rather than the sugar. The flavoured ones are where we let loose: cookie butter with crunchy cookie pieces, crème brûlée, cookies and cream, strawberry, salted toffee.
And then there's the Nashville Hot Chicken bar — 64% dark, stone-ground with hot chicken seasoning inspired by the original Prince's, topped with crispy fried breading. It is exactly as strange and as good as it sounds.
Milk, dark and white, from 36% to 77%. Full-size bars, minis, and a chocolate guitar for anyone who needs a Nashville souvenir that doesn't gather dust. Several are vegan.
