Poppy & Peep is a candy store and chocolate shop in Nashville, run by a father-and-daughter team who went to chocolate school and then built a micro-factory in Wedgewood-Houston to do it properly.
This is everything we make, in one place. Hand-painted bonbons in boxes from two pieces to twenty-four. Small-batch bars, including three single-origin bars we make from the bean up. Bourbon caramel sauce, sea salt caramels, pâte de fruits, meringues, honeycomb, malted milk balls, mendiants — and a solid chocolate guitar, because this is Nashville.
Everything is made by hand in small batches, a few miles from downtown. Nothing here came off a production line. If you'd rather choose the flavours yourself, build your own box.
