About Honeycomb Candy
What is honeycomb candy? Honeycomb candy is a crisp, airy candy made by cooking sugar and honey, then whisking in baking soda so the mixture foams up and sets full of tiny bubbles. Depending on where you grew up, you might know it as sponge candy, sponge toffee or cinder toffee.
How we make ours. We cook our honeycomb in small batches in our Nashville, Tennessee kitchen, break it into bite-size pieces and dip each one in 64% dark chocolate made from premium, hand-selected cacao. The chocolate seals in the crunch and balances the honey's caramel sweetness.
How it tastes. Light and crisp at first bite, then melting into honey, toasted caramel and rich dark chocolate.
Perfect for. Gifts, care packages, dessert boards, or a stash in your desk drawer.
