Shipping Questions

We ship with UPS. Note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If you require that service, please email us and we will send you a quote.

Currently, we are not able to ship outside the US.

Shipping is typically $17 per order. We may apply discounted shipping during colder months.

Shipping chocolate in warm weather can be difficult. When the temperature in Nashville, or your delivery location, is over 70F extra shipping materials are required. Our shipping price includes 2-day shipping (not guaranteed), ice-packs, and insulated packaging. Our shipping price decreases once it is cool enough outside to ship without ice. 

We always ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to avoid packaging sitting in warm warehouses over the weekend. Orders placed after 3:00pm on Wednesdays will be shipping the following Tuesday.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your shipping label is created. Your packages are expected to arrive 2 days after they are shipped. UPS cannot guarantee their delivery times. If you require a faster shipping service, please send us an email and we will send you a quote.

While anything can happen, we do our best to ensure your chocolates don’t melt in transit. In warmer months, we include cold packs and extra special packaging to keep your chocolate cool.

Unfortunately, this is difficult to control. A hot delivery truck, or driver simply placing your package in direct sunlight can cause our chocolate to melt. If your chocolate is melted, please take a picture right away and email it to us. We will be happy to resend your order once the temperature outside cools down.

Yes! We offer local delivery for addresses within 15 miles of our shop.

If you’re in the Nashville area, to order for in-store pickup, either place an order online and select STORE PICKUP for your shipping option or text us at 615-630-5356 to place your order.

Absolutely! Our bonbon boxes make beautiful gifts. We have an optional gift message inclusion when you’re checking out online.

Yes, you may request your favorite flavors! We always do our best to accommodate requests, but sometimes we are unable to fulfill requests based on our available inventory in the shop. Check out our full favor guide here!
