Shipping Questions
We ship with UPS. Note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If you require that service, please email us and we will send you a quote.
Currently, we are not able to ship outside the US.
Shipping ranges based on weather and location. Input your address at the checkout page to view the shipping rate for your location.
Shipping chocolate in warm weather can be difficult. When the temperature in Nashville, or your delivery location, is over 70F extra shipping materials are required. Our shipping price includes 2-day shipping (not guaranteed), ice-packs, and insulated packaging. Our shipping price decreases once it is cool enough outside to ship without ice.
Summer Shipping
To ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition during warmer months, we ship every Tuesday. This timing allows us to avoid extended time in warm warehouses over the weekend.
In select cases, we may accommodate Monday or Wednesday shipments for special requests.
Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Tuesday will ship the following Tuesday.
Fall–Spring Shipping
During cooler seasons, we ship primarily on Mondays and Tuesdays, with additional shipping days occasionally added during peak periods such as Christmas & Valentine's Day.
Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Tuesday will ship the following Monday.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your shipping label is created. Your packages are expected to arrive 2-5 days after they are shipped, depending on the final destination. UPS cannot guarantee their delivery times. If you require a faster shipping service, please send us an email and we will send you a quote.
While anything can happen, we do our best to ensure your chocolates don’t melt in transit. In warmer months, we include cold packs and extra special packaging to keep your chocolate cool.
While we take great care in packaging your order for temperature control, transit conditions can occasionally vary once your package is in the carrier’s hands. This may include warm delivery vehicles or packages being left in direct sunlight after delivery.
In the rare instance your chocolate arrives melted, please email us a photo of the chocolate and the shipping box within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the order and assist you further.
In warmer months, we may also recommend waiting for cooler conditions before placing a replacement order to ensure the best possible experience.
Yes! We offer local delivery for addresses within 4 miles of our shop.
If you’re in the Nashville area, to order for in-store pickup, either place an order online and select STORE PICKUP for your shipping option or call us at 615-630-5356 to place your order.
