Most of what we make happens to be gluten-free — chocolate, cocoa butter, cream, fruit and sugar don't need flour. So this isn't a short list of substitutes tucked away in a corner. It's the majority of the shop.
Hand-painted bonbons in every box size. Bars in milk, dark and white. Bourbon caramel sauce, sea salt caramels, honeycomb candy, pâte de fruits, wild cherries. If you're the person who usually ends up with a fruit plate while everyone else has dessert, this is a better afternoon.
A handful of things do contain gluten — anything built on cookie, biscuit or malt — and those simply aren't in here.
