A nut-free chocolate box shouldn't be an afterthought, and this isn't one — it's most of what we make. Chocolate, cream, fruit, sugar and cocoa butter don't need nuts, so the nut-free list runs to seventy items rather than three.
Hand-painted bonbons in every box size, from a two-piece favour to a twenty-four-piece box. Bars in milk, dark and white. Salted toffee, cookies and cream, crème brûlée, strawberry. Caramel sauces and sea salt caramels. Enough that the nut-free guest at the table gets the same box as everyone else.
The things that do contain nuts — hazelnut praline, pine nut caramel, honey almond butter, the dragees — are not in here.
