Accessibility Statement

Poppy & Peep is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or voice control software.

Our Standard

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

Current Status

We completed a WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility audit in October 2026 and are actively implementing the recommended remediations. This includes improvements to our Build Your Box configurator, keyboard navigation, focus indicators, form labels, and color contrast across the site.

We do not claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance at this time. Remediation is ongoing and we will update this statement as work is completed.

Known Limitations

While we work through our remediation plan, some areas of the site may not yet meet all accessibility criteria. Areas currently being improved include:

  • The Build Your Box custom configurator
  • Product filter controls on collection pages
  • Quick View product modals
  • Video and media content

Technical Information

This website uses Shopify and the Impulse theme. Accessibility improvements are implemented through a custom JavaScript patch applied site-wide. We test using keyboard-only navigation, VoiceOver on Safari, and NVDA on Chrome.
