It leans sweeter and more textural than you might expect from someone who makes chocolate all day — crème brûlée white chocolate, chocolate meringues, the fruit and chocolate granola bar, spiced nuts and chickpeas, the twelve-piece bonbon box, and bourbon caramel sauce that she will not apologise for.
