Spring and Easter chocolate, made for the season rather than dressed up for it.
The Spring collection bonbon boxes come in six, twelve and twenty-four pieces, painted in the lighter palette the season asks for. Around them: TN Lavender milk chocolate made with Tennessee-grown lavender, pâte de fruits in berry, citrus and tropical — real fruit purée, set firm and rolled in sugar — sea salt caramels and malted milk balls.
The pâte de fruits are the sleeper hit here. They're bright and sharp in a way chocolate can't be, and they photograph beautifully in an Easter basket.
Vegan, gluten-free and nut-free selections are available. Hand-made in small batches in our Nashville micro-factory.
