Mendiant Class: July 3rd

Channel your inner chocolatier! Join us for a sweet adventure in the world of chocolate-making!

In this hands-on class, you'll craft classic French mendiants, loaded with delicious toppings like nuts, dried fruits, and more. Along the way, you'll learn the magic behind how chocolate is made and the art of tempering for the perfect snap and shine.

Best of all? You'll leave with a generous stash of handcrafted chocolate to enjoy (or share... if you must).

CLASS DATE: FRIDAY 7/3/26, 2:00pm - 3:00pm

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class with your email purchase confirmation to check in. Meet at our production kitchen located at 370 Herron Drive. Follow the curve of the sidewalk from our shop and you'll see us (next to Matryoshka)!

By purchasing a ticket, each student/group agrees to adhere to Poppy & Peep's cleaning/sanitation standards. 

In order to enter the chocolate product kitchen students must wear closed toed shoes (their own), hair net, gloves, and apron provided by Poppy & Peep. Hands must be washed at the beginning of each class and when entering the chocolate production kitchen. 

A complete class agreement will be emailed to each student after ticket purchase.
