About Citrus & Clove Dark Mini Chocolate Bar
What it is. A 1 oz mini dark chocolate bar flavored with bergamot orange and clove.
How we make it. We grind the cloves fresh for every small batch and blend them, with a few drops of bergamot oil, into tempered dark chocolate.
How it tastes. Bright and floral up front, then a gentle, warming spice. Bold yet balanced.
