About Coffee & Caramel Dragée
What is a dragée? A dragée is a bite-size candy made by rolling its centers in a tumbling pan, layer by layer, until each piece is smooth, round and evenly coated.
How we make ours. We roll and tumble bites of our caramel in coffee-infused dark chocolate until every piece wears an even shell.
How they taste. Rich coffee and dark chocolate first, then a soft, chewy caramel center.
Perfect for. Coffee lovers, the afternoon slump, a desk drawer stash and gifts.
