About Pâte de Fruits | Berry & Citrus
What is pâte de fruit? A confection made in the French tradition: fruit purée cooked with sugar and pectin until it sets, then cut into squares and coated in sugar.
The flavors. Each box holds four berry and citrus flavors, chosen from blackberry, blood orange, blueberry, cherry, raspberry and strawberry. Flavors may vary.
How they taste. Pure, concentrated fruit with a tender chew and a light sugar crunch.
